Tradition and Innovation: Keeping The Roots Alive
Share
On September 21st, come say goodbye to summer with our community of migrant entrepreneurs at the Resilience Fair! It will be an afternoon where you'll have the chance to taste Colombian coffee grown by former guerrilla members and imported by entrepreneurs who are positively changing the country's history. You can also participate in a contact improvisation workshop with a specialist from Hungary, where you'll develop physical and emotional resilience skills, and connect experimentally with the art and jewelry created by women entrepreneurs from Bangladesh and Brazil who are paving the way for other women in their cultures of origin.
The fair will conclude with an intercultural performance concert.
Participation in the event is free, but requires prior registration through this link: https://forms.gle/p15w3UtoEYLH92Sw8
Location: Mouraria Innovation Center.
Time: 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
Note: The event will be conducted in English so that all participants, from different backgrounds, can communicate and share their experiences in a common language.
The event is organized as part of the #MourariUP program developed by the Renovar a Mouraria Association, in partnership with #CIM and funded by Banco BPI and the La Caixa Foundation.
